## Security and privacy

- Truck Box cannot read your email. It asks Google only for the send-only permission (gmail.send) and Microsoft only for Mail.Send plus your basic profile. It has no permission to open, read, search or delete anything in your inbox, and it never downloads your messages.
- It only sends the emails you choose to send, from your own mailbox, so replies go straight to you.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
- Sign-in uses official Google and Microsoft sign-in. Truck Box never sees your email password, and it never asks for or stores your DAT or Truckstop password.

## Features

- One-click broker email: on any DAT or Truckstop load, send the broker an email with your template already filled in from the load (origin, destination, pickup date, equipment, length, weight, your name, MC and phone). No copy-paste, no second tab. Replies land in your own inbox.
- Email templates: up to 3 templates with placeholders such as {{origin}}, {{destination}}, {{pickupDate}}, {{equipment}}, {{length}}, {{weight}}, {{myName}}, {{myMc}} and {{myPhone}}. Each template is tied to one sender mailbox and can be picked from a menu right on the load.
- Multiple sender mailboxes: connect several Gmail or Outlook addresses (up to 3 extra). Each has its own templates, name and MC, so one dispatcher can email for several carriers and choose the sender per load.
- Gmail and Outlook: sign in with Google or Microsoft; personal accounts and Microsoft 365 work mailboxes are supported.

- How do I choose which address an email is sent from? Each template is tied to one sender. Pick it in the extension popup (Template → Send from), or switch templates for a single load from the menu next to the email button.
- Can I log in with both Google and Microsoft? Yes. Link both logins in the back office (Accounts) and either one opens the same account, subscription, templates and mailboxes.
- Why can't I send from my Outlook address? Usually the Microsoft account has no Outlook mailbox (for example a work account without an Exchange license, or a personal Microsoft account made with a Gmail address). Use an account with an Outlook inbox, or reconnect a mailbox marked Disconnected in the back office.
- Which factoring companies are supported? RTS Financial, Triumph and Apex Capital. You need your own active account with one of them.
- How do I cancel? Cancel anytime from your billing page in one click. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
- How do I update the extension? Chrome updates extensions automatically. To update right away, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer Mode and press Update. The Guide has screenshots.
- Something isn't working, what should I try? Update the extension, log out and back in from the Truck Box popup, then refresh the DAT or Truckstop page (F5). If it still fails, use the chat on truckbox.app.
