Install the Truck Box Chrome extension, open the popup, and click Sign in with Google. After login, your account is ready and your free trial can start.

Chrome usually updates extensions automatically. You can also open chrome://extensions, enable Developer Mode, and press Update if you want to refresh manually.

First log in with Google and start the free 7 days trial. After the trial, you can continue with the paid Truck Box subscription from the billing flow on the website or inside the app flow you connect.

You can cancel anytime from your billing or subscription page. After cancelation, your current paid period stays active until it ends, and you will not be charged again.

Open the Truck Box extension popup, go to the Email Template tab, and update your subject or body. Save the template, and Truck Box will use it for future emails.

Yes. You can use placeholders like {{origin}}, {{destination}}, {{pickupDate}}, {{equipment}}, {{length}}, {{weight}}, {{myName}}, {{myMc}}, and {{myPhone}}.

Usually this happens if the Google session expired, permissions were revoked, or Chrome needs to refresh the extension auth state. Try logging out inside the extension, then sign in again. If it still does not work, contact support.
